Egg Nog Recipe #09

Eggnog
4 eggs, separated
4 Tbsp powdered sugar
4 Tbsp brandy or rum
3 cup whole milk
nutmeg to taste
Beat the egg whites to a dry froth. Beat into the egg white, the
sugar and then the yolks of the eggs combined with the brandy/rum.
Add the milk. Add nutmeg to taste.
Serves 8.
