Egg Nog Recipe #13

Egg Nog
3 eggs
Pinch cream of tartar
1 cup sugar
2 shots Irish whiskey
3 1/2 to 4 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
Place the eggs in a blender. Whip at highest blender setting for
2 minutes. Add sugar and pinch of cream of tartar slowly to blender
and blend 2 more minutes. Add remaining ingredients and continue
blending 2 or more minutes. Top with nutmeg and serve
